Cord’s Park Mark Ltd. was started by Lloyd Cordingley in 1967. It was the first pavement marking business in Manitoba, and its services also included power sweeping of parking lots and parkades. After 19 years, Lloyd sold Cord’s to Dennis Glowa in 1986.
In 1990, Dennis purchased the recreational coating business of MP Blair and Son; he has run both businesses under the one banner of Cord’s Park Mark Ltd. ever since.
2020 is a transition year, with Dennis’ sons Michael and Andrew assuming the ownership of Cords, thus continuing the family business.
